A corona virus is coming for us 😱– that’s what you should be afraid of, right?
At least that’s what media and politicians seem to communicate. Some also spread conspiracy theories which seem to never take an end.
On the blog team-fresh.eu, the leading motto is “Inspiration & Motivation” & no exception is made with this article, even if it might seem like it right now!
I promise you, after completely reading it, it is perhaps the greatest motivation and inspiration you can receive at the moment.
But let’s start with the scariest and panicking question:
„does this Corona Virus WANT to kill us?“
Clear answer: NO!
Why can I answer this question that clearly? Well, to “want” something, is very human at for sure not something, we can say about a virus. In nature, it is always about reproduction. In order to guarantee this even under different environmental conditions, organisms continuously developed and adapted themselves over centuries, millennia and millions of years.
To assume malicious intentions of a virus is completely absurd, because, viewed objectively, this virus “just wants to reproduce”.
But the big question here is: “Can our body handle it?”
Let’s clarify the question:
„Is a human body capable of handling viruses and bacteria which want to reproduce in us?“
Again, it is a clear answer: YES! – but this time with some conditions and exceptions.
Viruses and bacteria are told to be “the bad guys”, especially in times like these, because yes, there are some that make us sick. However, this statement is far too superficial and in the next sections I will go into more detail about the reasons for that.
However, it is very important to me to say: viruses and bacteria are the oldest organisms of earth and we humans where only able to develop because, among other things, these organisms paved the way and made a symbioses with us possible. The human body needs thousands, millions, or even billions of bacteria and viruses to function as we know and want it. This fact should not scare us, but open our eyes and astonish us. Humans are mammals and therefore part of nature – we tend to forget about this fact.
But if viruses and bacteria aren’t actually “bad”, why do “a lot”people die because of e.g. COVID19 corona virus?
Why do people die from a corona virus infection? Or … is this actually the right question to ask?
What is COVID19 doing in our bodies?
When we come in contact with the virus, like everything else in nature, it “pursues its goal” to continuously to reproduce. Viruses have developed a wide variety of methods for this over time. It is clear, however, that it has little in common with sex, like we know it.
In order for COVID19 to reproduce, it needs host cells, in this case, from our body, that can be infected und used for it’s distribution. I don’t necessarily want to go into more detail here and become too scientific, but here you I provide you a link to a website, where you can read about this process in more detail.(Corona’s replication cycle)
If this virus “wants” to use our cells now, our immune system normally “has something against it”. Humans have a highly developed immune system, which now approaches the virus – or the infected cell – and wants to stop it’s process.
Basically, our immune system kills the affected cell and forms antibodies that can also protect future cells from this infection.
Thats by far only very little what I am going to say about this topic, but I think that this knowledge is sufficient to understand the current situation and to be able to reassess it.
That sounds like we all have a built-in defense system, which can effectively protect us from e.g. a “corona virus attack” …
…so why do people die from it?
“People with a weakened immune system are particularly at risk. The risk group are people with chronic diseases such as diabetes, cardiovascular diseases, cancer, high blood pressure etc., especially people 65+.”
Is that wrong? No.
But is that all the information we need to correctly assess the situation? NO
Let’s start with the immune system
“By default” we have an immune system, that could handle the virus pretty well, like we see at before seemingly healthy or younger people that where able to cope with the virus. So the question is: why is the immune system of so many people weakened? Furthermore, it is important to question: Which chronic diseases are we talking about here?
Everything plays together here and in the end it is the result, of exposing our bodies to an environment, which is mostly not healthy (environmental conditions, nutrition, etc.) and is therefore causing an impaired function of the immune system.
The chronic diseases, I am talking about here, are so called “common diseases”, because they affect a huge number, if not the majority of people in a (western) country.
But those diseases have not been there since the beginning. Like 100 years ago, a heart attack was a “manager illnes” and for sure not “normal”. It is quite the same with cancer, which nowadays seems to be something like:””Ach, it is normal to get cancer at some point in life – so many people do”. Thinking about Diabetes, it is even getting worse, as, according to the newest results, Diabetes is something completely “home-made” through unhealthy nutrition.
The sentence described above is indeed telling the truth, because these previous illnesses lead, among other things, to an immune deficiency. Infection with COVID19 can therefore represent the last drop in a completely filled barrel and cause it to burst and overflow.
At this point I want to send my sympathy and best wishes to everyone who, is in some way affected by such a case! Even in my vicinity, there are people who belong to the risk group.
In this article, however, I don’t want to focus on the individual cases but instead especially on the big picture.
So, the barrel is bursting because of the Corona “drop”…
people die… because of the virus?
Is the Corona Virus really to blame for the fact that people die, or is it not actually the preload that has led to a weakened immune system and now contributes to the body no longer functioning optimally?
We need to see the big picture and make it clear: the virus may cost a lot of lives, but COVID19 is not the real problem. When this pandemic is over, the problem is far from being solved!
So what is it really about? What are the causes of common diseases?
The cause are the conditions we live in. The environment in which we are born, or create ourselves, has an immense impact on how healthy we can live.
Well-known, but simply incredibly important factors in industrialized countries are: air pollution, stress, poisoning by e.g. pesticides, unhealthy food optimized for industry, lack of exercise, less social inclusion etc.
These factors are 100% man-made and lead to various common diseases. Behind every single factor basically stands a large industry, which is profit-oriented and constantly strives to ensure, that no unsightly truths about their actions come to light.
So the individual is not to blame, but there are only limited opportunities to escape.
Health and individual responsibility
In recent years, however, there has been a development that more and more people getting interested in a healthy lifestyle and change something by themselves individually – with success! Escaping air pollution is quite difficult in Central Europe, but it is much easier to eat healthier and organic, to exercise or to learn to cope better with stress or even to avoid it.
Taking personal responsibility particularly important is extremely important regarding personal health. Because those who swim with the mainstream and eat what advertisements suggests, also have a high chance to get diseases and conditions like most do.
Is a vaccine the solution to end the COVID19 pandemic?
Yes, COVID19 can probably be eradicated with a vaccine.
No, the real problem is not solved by that.
In this sense, a vaccine is comparable to a pill, which is supposed to cure all problems and worries. Just throw it in / just vaccinate, and the difficulties are gone. There is no such thing! The problem is much more complex than e.g. the pharmaceutical industry wants uns to show.
The Corona Virus COVID19 is not the last virus that will cause deaths and the pharmaceutical industry is getting ready to offer us the perfect solution for all future “problems”. Why? – TO EARN MONEY. Sick people are the ones the most profit can be generated from. Long-term healthy people are much less interesting – never forget that!
As big as all the industrial powers may seem, it is wrong to believe that there is no alternative solution.
One solution to this & (many) future pandemics is: a strong immune system.
And now, finally, here it comes:
Motivation & Inspiration
Since the factors for the weakened immune system in that much cases are man-made, people are also the ones who can make them disappear. It is easier for some than for others and it is always more difficult alone than together.
However, it is possible! That is exactly why it is so important to me and the team of Team-Fresh.eu to show real opportunities for improvement in lifestyle and business with this blog.
We need an industry that ensures, that we are doing well or, if possible, even better than before! Most of the time, the exact opposite is happening at the moment. The environment gets massively polluted and threatened and products are being produced profitably instead of paying attention to the ingredients and effects to individuals and long-term.
However, there are already companies that do it differently, better, and we are always looking for new ideas and innovations!
We humans created the problems and we humans can solve them!
So get to work!
Let us reflect on what is really good for us and our bodies and let us continue to be creative and innovative in order to eliminate unnecessary problems.
But much more important at the beginning:
Let us question what is communicated and do not simply believe everything. Scaremongering is not a solution and every crisis, like this one, is an opportunity to fundamentally change and improve something!
I would like to urge you to question this post too – don’t just believe what I’m telling you! Take a look at where I got my information from and whether I have made the right conclusions. Let’s talk and discuss about it in the comments if necessary!
