They are prepared in a few minutes and test fantastic Christmassy.

Christmas Chocolate Brownies
20g Coconut oil
10g Coconut flower syrup
Crush the dates with a fork and mix with the walnuts and cocoa powder. Press the mass flat on a board or in a mold.
For the glaze, melt the coconut oil and stir until it’s smooth with coconut blossom syrup and cocoa powder.
Pour icing over the brownies and let them chill.
Fragrant Vanilla Crisps
45g date sirup
25g Almond flour
25g Coconut flour
15g Coconut oil
1,5 TL Vanilla extract
15g Erythrit (birch sugar)
Melt the coconut oil.
Mix all ingredients except the birch sugar and knead it into a dough.
Shape the crisps with love and dust them with erythritol.
Incredibly tasty Lemon-Cinnamon Stars
15g coconut puree
1/4 fresh lemon peel
6 TL fresh lemon juice
10g coconut sirup
Crush the dates with a fork, add hazelnuts and cinnamon.
Spread the mixture on a baking paper and it press flat. Cut out the biscuits with a star shape.
For the glaze, mix all the ingredients in a pot with a small pitcher (so that the oil melts) and stir until it’s smooth.
Distribute the glaze on the stars and allow it to cool for some time.
