Sustainability starts with us. It starts with our actions, but much more basic, with our thoughts. Our mindset is absolutely central when it comes to living authentically and sustainably towards yourself and others in the long term.
Keeping your own mindset “clean”, free of “garbage”, which does nothing positive, is a big challenge, but also the first big step to a better future.
We are therefore very pleased that Anne has taken up this topic and has written a series of articles on the “garbage-free mindset” for Team-Fresh. Under the articles you will find more information about her and if you have any questions we are happy to answer them in the comments.

A garbage-free mindset provides more clarity and joy
Before we can get rid of garbage & plastic, our thoughts, our beliefs … our mindset … must be GARBAGE-FREE. Only this way, can we tackle the problems wholeheartedly and save the world. After all, it should also be fun.
That’s why I want to tell you today why we have to be sustainable with ourselves before we can change anything and move on to the garbage-free mindset.
"We are what we think. Everything we are comes from our thoughts.
With our thoughts we make the world "
Buddha quote
I will tell you exactly how this can look in the everyday life 😉
Are you familiar with this problem?
That is why many people want more ease and clarity in their lives. They are ready to create order in their life and want to create an environment in which they feel comfortable and happy.
But how do I get there?
A garbage-free mindset gives you more freedom, energy, focus and confidence. It is particularly important that we remove and let go of everything that harms us and does not make us happy from our lives.
Above all, we have to say goodbye to the following thoughts like “I can’t achieve this” or “I’m not good enough” and trust in ourselves. It is important that you love yourself and accept yourself as you are. You don’t have to compare yourself to anything or anyone because you are good enough.
In order to get over restrictive beliefs, it is important to be honest with yourself without exception. Emotional freedom then comes from honesty.
Stop comparing yourself. It depends on you!
Stress, agitation and time pressure begin to dominate everyday life.
And that’s why we should let go of material things and forego unnecessary consumer goods in the future.
So if we do without chemicals, plastics, mass consumption, slave labor, worries, etc. not only the individual can benefit from it, but also the environment. Waiving is more of a #winwin situation. And our world needs us like never before.
We feel even more motivated to act when we recognize at the same time that the change can bring a lot of joy to our lives and we make a real change in the universe.
